There are moments in fertility where patience is powerful—like taking time to evaluate the right doctor, completing necessary testing, or allowing lifestyle changes or medications to work. But there are also moments when waiting comes with consequences.
Smoking damages sperm by causing DNA fragmentation, which means the genetic material inside the sperm becomes broken and incomplete. This can lead to issues with fertility.
